Hi i was playing on casinostugan and i won 1600sek and sent in docs.got an email that my acc was verified.I tried to login but a message came up that my acc was closed so went to live chat and talked to support and he said that i have to send a picture with my face beside my ID to lock up my acc.WTF i have never heard of this before i have verifed atleast 25 acc but this shit has never happend.And i wonder if someone had to do the same thing?
Casinostugan closed my acc for no reason

Casinostugan is a part of the ComeOn network, have you had trouble with any of those brands before? I don't even think picture besides your ID is allowed anymore, can anyone confirm?

Never had problems on comeon getlucky or casinostugan before have cashed out atleast one time on all of them.talked to live chat and sent the picture they wanted my face and id?and he told me they was gona send me a message when they open the acc again. got an email 6 hours later that my acc was now verified it was the 3 email that said my acc is now verified. went to the site and tried to log in again acc still closed!

I think Multilotto wanted pic of my face + ID when they wanted to verify my account (This was in January I think). Never had the chance to cash out on GL, ComeOn, Casinostugan tho

How can i explain if i dont know? its not much money but for me it is right now i want to puke as soon as you are up on a casino they try to confiscate your money but if you loose no problems.

Are they only asking for a photo with you holding your ID in it? If you provide this, will they unlock your account again? I know these are not really requested any longer, but do you have any problems with providing them with this so you can get your withdrawal? If so, I would do this and get your withdrawal then switch to a different casino.

It seems like you have made accounts with them before, if they have more accounts with your ip connected i would ask for the profile information of each of the other accounts so you could see if that's acctually something you have made before or not.
What do you mean? Are casinos not allowed to ask for this? Why would they not be allowed to? I have been asked for it a few times, seems like a reasonable thing to ask for.
I sent all the documents they wanted 3 times now because the first two times it was too poor quality so i sent them a 100% Good quality pic. and some dude in customerservice told me he sent the documents to the security apartment for verification now 4 days later still no answer from them acc still closed.Never ever gona play no more on COMEON CASINOSTUGAN GETLUCKY FOLKEAUTOMATEN MOBILAUTOMATEN!!!
I made an complaint at askgamblers and i will do the same later tonigt at casinomeister and contact MGA.
Now the acc is verified after waiting 5 daysfor answer. but now they are asking me again why their are so many acc conected to my ip.I am the only one that registerd acc from my ip at casinostugan but my cousin may have loged in one or two times from my computer so now after all this shit sending documents for 10 days back and forward they come up with some other shit to forfeit my winnings just because i won from freespinns i got for making a deposit so shitty. I made atleast two witdrawals before this with No problems.
So i answed the same question 3 times in 3 difrent emails pretty anoying. so now they say the economy apartment will look in to it and they will be back as soon as they looked at it! I dont care abaout the money i knew when they cloosed the acc that they would do anything in their power to forfeit my winnings.Their lost not mine.Some of my friends will never ever do a single deposit again at their casinos (COMEON) so they are the BIG loosers here loosing high roller customers.
