Jonny Jackpot Funds confiscated.

Hi,

Set up an account with Jonny Jackpot. Made a deposit of £100 and took a 100% bonus.

Hit 2000x on Danger. Managed to get my balance up to £2000. My max stake is £1 but usually bet 40p or 60p so it took me a few sessions over a number of days to complete the wagering. 

Submitted a withdrawal request for £2000.

6 days later i get an email saying I have breached the max bet rule in regards to a single spin on Book of OZ re-spin Hyerspins.

A SINGLE SPIN on a new game I was slightly confused with. The actually stake was only 50p but i locked two books and made a spin which cost £15.74.

They have now taken my £2000 and put my original £100 back in the account.

It makes me angry they can do this. Thousands of spins all under £1 and this one spin gives them the right to take the lot?

Anyone have any experience of this situation?

what were you thinking doing a 15 pound spin there?

Yes they have all the right to confiscate your winnings, althought good casinos may have been nicer to you and still let you have it.

 
You even get a popup in the game which says the next spin will cost you "xx.xx" so you kinda f'd yourself here.

 
White hat gaming limited say away. Just got bonus banned there yesterday. It was the 2nd time at that grupp ??

But i got my money. Tok like 5 bonus and 3 cashouts 

 
Bit silly doing that try contacting support and see if they can do something under circumstances that is one bet and you didn't win nothing they wont give you the full amount but might give you a percentage

 
I accept it may well be their right to confiscate funds. However, I also think there is much to be said for a proportionate response from casinos to situations like this? 
This casino appears to have spent 5 days trawling through my transaction history looking for a reason not to pay out. Luckily they found something.

I had a similar problem with a WHG gaming site and did manage to get a proportion of my winnings back so I'd suggest the OP at least tries to do this as it may work as a compromise. Keep dealings and language with them polite and respectful and see how it goes.

 
If its not allowed.... you should not be able to do it. 
sorry but always the reactions with yeaa reed terms and con... 

Just block it if its not allowed... if you are a good casino. Be there for your players... you will earn way more this way... People will not come back otherwise...

 
I ran into the same issue with a White Hat gaming site, 21casino, which I went to because of CG recommendation.

It's my opinion that rules are there to facilitate casinos to deal with bonus abuse, but when a casino makes use of them to confiscate winnings from recreational players that ran lucky and did some small breaches of bonus-abuse rules, it's fraud.

Allowing players to do certain things knowing fully that you will then confiscate their winnings is unethical, and White Hat Gaming should not be supported by affiliates that care about players.

This is the point I was trying to put across.

That being said I have now been offered £475 as a gesture of good will. Not sure whether this is now a negotiation or I should just take it. 

 
You do what you feel is best, I personally would go the whole nine yards and go for the full amount. But it's easy for me to say, I don't need the money necessarily, I have plenty of contacts to escalate matters.

You do you, as long as you feel good about it, it's the right call.

I rejected first offer and got a better second offer,which was about a third of overall winnings. It better than nothing. 

 
I would take that money, bether than nothing. I think that is good gesture on their part. I know many casinos would left you with nothing there. It's you that have broken the rules. I know its stupid that they don't have a block to that betsize. But betting 15 euro on a single spin, should have raised your alarm clock. 

 
At what point did we go along with the fraud that this is though? I see too often the argument that rules were broken and thus player is at fault. It's important to remember why these rules are there: to allow casinos to act against obvious bonus abuse and be able to void the winnings.

When you are not a bonus abuser then these rules are irrelevant and should not apply. These casinos are hiding behind their rules to commit player fraud and frankly we should all be up in arms instead of defending the practice.

Basically, youre going to a private company which tells you in the terms that its the players responsibility to act according to their terms.
Thats kind of it. Nothing you can do about it, however i believe UKGC would do something against this stuff if they havent already, other licenses probably not
