Damn i was gonna say try birth certificate, it should ought to be allowed by casinos as bookmakers accept them just fine sometimes with a selfie just in case.

But idk if its worth it its not alot of money but still irritating, and that it says on Leo that you can use visa with picture as ID is just straight up scamming, i would never deposit if i knew i needed a valid passport as ID
Did u actually read ur own logic..

You did not know you needed a VALID passport as ID.. well duh. Of course it should be valid bro.

But all by all i hope u do get ur winnings.

Leo is a bitch lately.. blocked my account because my gf made one too.. with different adress and everything.. but used my phone to do it..

Awesome

Its fine wasnt to be rude or anything. It was just kinda funny.

Regardles, every casino as far as i know will ask for recent (thus valid) documents.

Hope ur issue gets solved soon

and if you have neither like him?
That question you would have to ask the casinos you are always defending 24/7 no matter what the issue seems to be. I was just sharing the info that my country for unknown reason don't have a government id.

what are they doing wrong, they are requiring a valid ID for identification and he didnt provide it, so he must obtain one, or as he said he can use birth certificate so there you go problem solved

I was just generally curious about denmark then if you have nothing, how do they know who you are if you commit a crime e.g. :D

We have a social security card, but there is no picture on it. When i log into casinos from denmark i have to identify myself with a digital id called nem id, only i have the code for that and can be used as a digital signatur. So if I have made my account with nem id, then no verifikation is need. And no need to explain yourself, if I were affiliate with the casinos like you. I would also see it as my daily job to defend them no matter what.

thats a bad attitude if you would do that, because i dont
Simple matter of they want a document and you have to provide it, its literal like 1+1 is 2

So to clear this up @mazian is Norwegian. Denmark like Sweden require a sort of personal identity verification (Nem ID in Denmark, and Bank ID for Sweden). This is ALL u need to sign up AND verify. Now in @mazian case he needed a valid ID Like @Slotspinner mentioned. And that's the norm, unless you are from Sweden or Denmark. Can't really see why thisnis deemed to be weird KYC by Leo

I was able to get verified on risk using my birth certificate and my passport, my passport expired back in May there but I said about my birth certificate and passport and they could just cross reference them since they needed a photo id so that worked out for me.
