So i won abit of money on Leovegas and when i went to withdraw it said i had to verify, fine enough i send in all my papers 2 days go by and then i get an email that my visa can't be used because they don't accept that anymore? even though it said i could send it... i don't have a valid passport as it expired in 2017 and i don't have a driver's license so what do i do then? they're live chat seems to be down all the time for some reason.

Just timeout your account for 24 hours should you have the urge to cancel the withrawal or set a loss limit of £1/euro for a week
But idk if its worth it its not alot of money but still irritating, and that it says on Leo that you can use visa with picture as ID is just straight up scamming, i would never deposit if i knew i needed a valid passport as ID

Seems like Danish, so i guess you dont have a gov ID like orza said, i would actually suggest you to just get a passport, they last like 6 years and you never know if you need one soon anyway. Its never a minus to have a passport
I checked with the police station and the soonest time i could get an appointment was in late september :/ In norway atleast you need to contact ur local police station for a new Passport

what the hell, in germany you just go to the local authority building and they get your details, takes a few weeks and youll have it ready for collection

Anyway, dont touch the leovegas money and just get a passport, imagine you are going to fly somewhere outside EU-schengen then youll need it anyway and you will have that trouble out the way + get the withdrawal.
I guess yea if there isn't any other way.. he said on the phone its because passport shows where i was born. and i don't understand why that makes a big difference when i have sent them all of my personal info
