[RESOLVED] Wildz Casino - Withdrawal Issues [Warning]

Although CasinoGrounds lists them under the ‘streamers top rated casino’s’ I would advise you to NOT ever play at Wildz Casino

They opened up for business less than 2 weeks ago. The founders claim that they are ‘veterans who want to build a new casino focused on the player experience’. Interface looks good, loading speed is excellent. All good and well until you win some money and want to cash out. I must admit; interesting and VERY rare storyline. Would expect these veterans to know that a smooth withdrawal process is one of the biggest keys to success. Everything could be excellent, but a lengthy withdrawal process and stalling tactics make the casino bottom tier in my opinion at least. If you agree to taking instant deposits, you should be able to process a withdrawal within 24 hours at least like almost all competent casino’s do (some even instant or within (a couple of) hour(s)). But hey, longer is okay. At least try to process within the max amount of hours you put in your T&C’s yourself (72 hours in this case).

They also claim to provide customers with fast payouts, but 80+ hours of pending time isn’t really fast these days, is it? When those hours have passed they decide to cancel withdrawals on their own without even shooting a message at all. Happened multiple times. A casino cancelling withdrawals without even a message is a big red flags for me personality but this is not about cancelling withdrawals or lengthy processes.

I don’t want to get to deep into the details but in short this is what it’s about. I deposited with Sofort using only 1 bank account. I won some money and decided to withdraw to that same bank account. Wildz Casino then claims that I made all my deposits with different bank accounts (???) because that’s what their system is telling them. I do not own nor ever used any of those bank accounts they claim I used to deposit. Provided proof of all those deposits originating from the same bank account multiple times but they just ignored it. They forced me to request my funds to be withdrawn to those bank accounts. I ofcourse refused to do that because I wouldn’t ever receive a single euro of those funds if I’d do that. They refuse to send the funds to the only bank account I’ve ever used and with that the lovestory ends.

They’re trusting their own system/back-end (which is good in general) but even when provided with clear proof the system is just wrong they are unable to bend a knee. Instead of actively seeking for a solution they decide to be ignorant. Even when a retarded customer comes up with THE solution himself he’ll be ignored. They use their own software/platform for the first time. Can’t catch all the bugs during beta or alpha. Never had these issues with any other casino (e.g. Casumo, Unibet & Royal Panda) while I use those exactly like I used Wildz. This is, in my humble opinion, not my fault in any way but sadly I’m still the one receiving the punishment for it.

Your account will be suddenly blocked when you just give a friendly notice (for their own administration) for seeking help with the MGA after having ‘no cards left to play’.

We’re not talking about huge amounts of money here but a couple hundred euro’s is still a couple hundred euro’s. Besides, it’s more about how they handle it.

I really don’t understand why CasinoGrounds would redirect to Wildz casino. I’ve found a couple of great sites through that list (thanks for that lads), but really can’t get my head around this one. Just trusted the list and because there were no instant red flags decided to give it a go. Definitely regret that. There are so many great casino’s out there. Just don’t give Wildz Casino a shot like I did. Because you might regret it as well.

This is just one side of the story; my side. The story I just told truthfully and completely without exaggerating. Maybe I’m just one in a thousand who has these issues with this casino. Maybe I’m just unlucky with how they decided to handle this situation, but I refuse to believe that.

Hopefully I did not brake any (of those new) rules with this post. Just keep this story in mind before you decide to sign up to Wildz Casino, fellow entertainment seekers.

I was about to drop $500 on this casino. I’ll steer well clear. Thanks for the update, much appreciated.

I used neteller. And withdrawed took for me mby 15-30 min.
Good to hear everything went smoothly on your side.

Could just be an issue that will only arise on Sofort deposits. Definitely recommend users who'd like to deposit with Sofort to avoid them until they've at least fixed their system. Because you will most likely experience the exact same.

Would still advise all others to steer clear of them as well given their proceedings. But hey, my recommendation is probably worth a whole lot of nothing.

Pretty sure the issue can be escalated from CG and solved. I recently started playing on wildz too, and my withdrawal took 10 min (neteller)

Started playing on this casino a few days ago, so far everything went well, just put in a withdrawal request through Neteller about an hour ago aswell. Hope i don't run into any issues :D

This issue has now been resolved. Looks like I was in fact the one out of a hundred who experienced issues with this casino. Should probably consider switching to an E-Wallet.

I won’t be playing at Wildz anymore given their approach to this issue. However, as long as you avoid depositing with Sofort you are in okay hands with Wildz.

Thanks Skylined for reaching out.
