ivanas69 Posted 18 May, 2020 Share Posted 18 May, 2020 More mystery coming in MONOPOLY LIVE 10x 2ROLL game was stuck for few mins to start and finally after first roll which was 22 dice machine broke and was not rolling dices.After 20mins of wait time they canceled game so the players got only their stake refunded.I seen in chat a lot of players telling they had 50-100euro bets placed on that round. I did notice after the 10x 2 rolls that in the very next round there were 26 winners on the next spin , and therein my friends lies the problem as they know no matter what they do whether its legal or not they are still going to get the numpty's playing again and again regardless. Personally i would call for a boycott of all Evolution Games and set up a petition accompanied with all the evidence to be forwarded to Evolution and the Gambling Commission as i sincerely think they have cheated the people partaking out of thousands of pounds. I will be glad to be the first to sign any petition and let's get something done about this corrupt Gaming site. During this round the wheel landed on Chance then Mr. Monopoly gave a 10x multiplier and on the re-spin the wheel landed on 2 Rolls. After the building phase of the game where multipliers are placed on the properties, it was time to roll. This is when we learned the dice shaker was broken and would not roll, and after trying repeatedly to fix the shaker the game was cancelled resulting in players getting their bets back. Our procedures do not allow for a hand roll for obvious game integrity (ensuring randomness) reasons so this was not an option either. For anyone betting on 2 Rolls of course this is a horrible outcome. We are in communication with every casino partner who had players with bets on 2 Rolls in this round and and advised them of what the typical expected range of outcomes would have been based on the mathematics of the game. We expect that they will soon be in contact with the players who have been negatively affected. Finally, we do our best every day to minimise mistakes or equipment malfunctions, however this is live casino gaming and these things do happen on very rare occasion. The host tried to tell everyone it will be sorted, the live chat meerly hang up on everyone and then it continued on the spins. This is the first contact i have had with any representative. If the outcome is the expected range of a 2x rolls x 10 then that is great but I still don't have any money in my account yet, who do i contact? The casino support, or live support on evolution?
