I have deposited 200€ and was able to win over 2k. Requested the withdrawal. 2 days after I ask chat if they are able to see my request and if they need any verification. They said no, everything looks OK. 

Day 3 after withdrawal. I get verification request. On their website there is verification option which wasn't there before. So I do that all upload docs. 

Day 4 I ask how long does the verification take. They say due to covid it may take longer than usual but they can't tell me how long. 

Day 5 I get information that my proof of address does not show my full address (I uploaded different document) 

Also they need bank statement with bic and swift number. I get them that. 

Day 6. I get information that they don't withdrawl to the bank i used for deposit( does that ever happen?) - Revolut with Visa card. 

My address still is not confirmed (they now have 3 documents stating my address). 

Has anyone ever had similar issues with this casino? How could this be resolved? 

 
Hello there. Patience is the only key. About the withdrawal method it is mandatory, the withdrawal method to be the same with the deposit method. I really do not understand the reason wildz declined it.

I don't also understand the covid as a reason for slowing thing down.

Please be informed that if the casino rejects again one of your documents the verification time process starts all over again.

 
I also deposited $200 and won over $6600, the money was in my E-wallet with 10 minutes. The only difference from your story is that I avoid these scam casinos who do everything to tempt you into squandering the balance. Instead I play at video slots who have almost every game available. Very simple isn’t it? Peace ✌️

So I am correct that there is no way they should decline withrawl if the same method was used for deposit?

I think that @Chindits makes a valid point. In my experience new casinos rarely have their shit together and the if you are lucky enough to win then that's only the start of the fun and games. You really are better off avoiding or sticking to tried and tested.

If you don't mind me asking what made you want to join this casino?

As for your question about withdrawing to visa revolut - it sounds like it should be OK. Withdrawal to MasterCard can be a hassle.

I sympathise with your situation dude. I exclusively use pay and play casinos that do instant withdrawals because that withdrawal stalling does my head in and is unacceptable to me. The last time it happened, stalled for three days, reversed, blew a 3K balance. Never ever again.

He joined in order to get the bonus money. He will learn the hard way. Just on time alone, going back and forth with them, will cost hours and hours of time. Suckers show up week in week out, complaining about horrendous casino that have ripped them a new one. Peace ✌️ 

 
Update:

Received my withdrawal yesterday so all good now. 

It took over 2 weeks and many conversations with their online chat but luckily I got my wins. 

 
Still same problems with Wildz.com. 
After using a month with my vertification in March, they now need to do it again.
They removed all other withdrawal options than MuchBetter over night, without telling anyone.
They want a validation (screenshot while logged into MuchBetter). 
I did that and took screenshots of all pages at MuchBetter.
Still not good enough!

Now they wanted my phone bill (payed by employeer). 

I contacted MuchBetter and they sent validation of my account to Wildz.com and I also uploaded it myself. 
Everything should now be fine? A validation from MuchBetter itself should be good enough?
Well, a week after they still haven't responded or processed the documents.
