So I reached lvl5 in Wild Swarm with 20 cents. Raised my bet to 1 Euro. No Swarm!!! Deposited 2k for this game+ winnings from other games. So it have been like 4500+ spins with no swarm mode in @casumo . Unreal. I've played this game on other casinos and it's never been so volatile, does casinos have possibilities to change some rtp aspects of the game?
Nope lets be honest here.
Of course the game might change it ways once you build up a feature on $0.20 and suddenly on Max level you up your bet to x5 the original stake amount.
Lets think about this logically, if any game functions like that most casinos would go out of business at the end of day.
Lets take The Wish Master from Netent actually makes a great case - Imagine playing $0.20 stakes collecting scrolls and get the following:
Expand Wilds, Random Wilds and High Paying symbol turn wild.
You have let say 10 spins left, imagine they give you a option to up your bet to $2 per spin with the same features, it will be catastrophic and you will make a huge profit.

Now wild swarm works a little different, we have seen the Bandit doing 1 quid spins and change to 20 quid on Max level and triggered the feature quickly, however that was pure luck.
I once played Wild Swarm on $0.40 stake at West Casino. It took me roughly 600 spins and some booster to get to Max level. But I Promise you it took me almost $300 in deposit to trigger that wild swarm on the same stake, however Once I completed playing my Swarm feature, which paid around x500, I was immediately boosted to level 4 again and soon triggered the Swarm feature 200 spins later and won another x600. That's when I realized once sufficient bees are collected for the swarm to exploded, all the additional bees are collected and saved to fill up the meter.
After my first wild swarm, I was boosted to level 4 twice after I triggered the feature . Even after that x600 win, I was on level 4 again, because of all the bees that was collected before my initial first Swarm feature.
I am still on level 4 and left the slot, will try again some other, time scared it might eat the money.
Its a damn shame that you cannot see how close you are or how many bees are in fact needed to trigger the wild swarm whilst being on MAX level. I think there should be some sort of sign/meter/warning that its about to explode or in the next 50 spins or something so you have an idea.
