When you have money is the best time. In all seriousness theres no best time to play you'll either be lucky or you'll lose. I limit each session so if I lose I'll try again another day. I play during the night during the day on a Sunday on the last Thursday of the month and it makes no difference. I had a few cash outs early October since then I've lost every deposit but that's the way it goes.  Good luck!
