I played and won on the site UK Casino. I requested withdrawals totalling £41,000 after making deposits of over £8000 on the 25th and 26th May 2020. My account was subsequently locked without any explanation on the 26/05/20 and I have been unable to access my account since. I have submitted all verification documents and had the account verified. The gambling site has not paid out any of my winnings nor processed the requests. it is now 18 days since I won this money. I arranged an appointment for their customer support to phone me and they failed to keep the appointment. I have sent numerous emails and only receive the standard reply that they are "reviewing" my account? This is not acceptable behaviour from them and clearly a sister site of Leo Vegas is going against UKGC regulations. Can anyone help or give me advice to take this matter further?
