Tsars withdrawal and deposit problems

guys, really i dont understand what wrong with this casino, but i made 20+ deposits, but i think its more that 20+

for all time i made deposits on 3-4k usd

and i ZERO TIMES WITHDRAW on this casino

A Few days ago i made deposit from my bank card, 400usd and wants to withdraw 800usd

( for my country is big money) (im from moldova)

and here, when i want to withdraw, problems begins 1 after 1

documents, proof of adress, ok i made this no problems, 1 day a made this, i was at bank, after all i want to withdraw money and they says that we dont withdraw on card. Wtf? Casino accepts card deposits but dont withdraw it in card. Ok. They says deposit via skrill/ ecopayz/ bitcoin

my bank doesn’t support skrill and ecopayz, when i want to made deposit on skrill, they blocks this transaction. Uhm.. what i need to do in this situation? How i made withdraw?? 800usd?? If for you its small money, for me is the biggest money, its 2months salary in moldova

i made deposit for last my money from binance to tsars.. last my money!! I dont have money now…to connect binance to tsars and withdraw on binance. I made deposit, and see that money dont on my tsars account. Wtf think me, what wrong. I say to the live chat, i made deposit, i copied ID adress of deposit to binance and transferred the money. In my binance account says that transaction is complete. He say give me TxID of transaction, i provide him TXid and he say we cant see this transaction. REALLY? I PROVIDE HIM SCREENSHOTS THAT BTC WAS SEND AT ADRESS THAT I SEE ON DEPOSIT SECTION ON TSARS, but he didnt see it???

If seriosly, i dont know what i do.. im frustrated, i dont have work , thanks for war in ukraine, i dont have money. I have credit, i need to pay credit 10000$ to apartment, but now i without money, tsars didnt withdraw my money, and now im in shit.. why i live in moldova.. without money idk what i do

Contact Binance and give them transaction codes. I think you used different protocols and there is chance to recover these funds.

it's an issue for some countries, me too play on this site and in the past deposited with card but cannot withdraw with it, so i had to do an ecopayz account.

Nowadays for example, i can no more use ecopayz but i can deposit and withdraw with mastecard. They will pay you, you have just to find the accepted method.

Tsars is an unreliable casino at best,i would stay clear of this shit casino!!!!

If you want to withdraw some winnings from that casino,they will do everything in their power to try and delay the withdraw as long as they can ,as they hope you will loose it all while you wait 

I got a supernice win for about 30.000 euro (300.000 NOK) at Tsars and wanted to withdraw some of MY money,well it took around 3 months untill i got any of it.

I will never play at this casino ever again
