@Chipmonkz any reason why you upload videos with no age gate and then 24-48 hours later apply it? 

Do you think its acceptable bypassing the rules so you can get more views like this? Like yours our channel is on the same boat but we are trying, but what we are not doing is bypassing the rules. Maybe viewers would trust affiliation better If it was not so shady. 

We have contacted "Jungle" "Awsome" Spin"z" for comment 

After a few posts on here we looked into this and made a written log over the past week. Not a single video uploaded is age gates in the first 12-24 hours. This allows for on average 25% more views. Is views more important than the protection of under 18's? 

I assume this is another "Oversight from my web developer"

The UKGC requirement is for it to be age gated, all other streamers have to and If it is age gated it will not show up for non-subscribers. 

Leaving it open for 1-2 days then age gating it is bypassing the rules that all other streamers such as Nick Slots, Bandit, Stop and Step, Fruity etc have to follow.
