Trada Casino, withdraw is taking already 16 days

Hello guys,

16 days ago I won some money at Trada Casino and did a withdraw. The withdraw is still “pending” and they say that I have to wait for an e-mail from the financial department. I uploaded all the requiered documents as well.

Should I be concerned? Do you guys know Trada Casino and is this normal?

 
I played at Trada long time ago and never ever I had to wait or even better, I never had any problems with them :)

Thanks mate! And where are you from? And how high were your withdraws on average? Maybe because my withdraw is over 5k? And it’s the First withdraw on Trada casino, so I hope that the Money will come soon😇
