Sugar Casino - ignoring verification processes

Hey, been ignored for a month on sugar casino. Been sending mail after mail with my documents without any reply.

Made a small withdrawal of €100 and then my account got blocked and asked for documents.

First documents sent 2021/03/11, no reply.

Second time sent 2021/04/04, no reply.

How could casinogrounds promote this casino?

I'm getting tired of these casino's making signup, deposits, play and all that stuff perfectly possible without verification of a player. But when withdrawl occurs suddenly everything is an issue.
