Storspiller missed my kr 4000 deposit

Hey,

I play for a long time at Storspiller. I like the casino and they payout time is really fast, always within 24h in my bank account.

The 10 of june i made several deposit, but a kr 4000,- didnt come trew. I went to live chat and they told they saw it was bounced, and it wil come back to my bank within 2 weeks. Nothing happend, and i went back to live chat. I send my bank statement of june as proof  they could see i didnt receive the money. 

But when i come to livechat now, they say they cant see the depsit at all?? But they can see it in my bank statment and also live chat tld me the 10 june that they see it made that deposit. Storspiller says there is nothing they can do for me. Is there anyone who has connections to Storspiller or Unibet, since i think ts from the same owner.

Now Storspiller says I deposit from a different account. I never take a bonus, and i always log in with my email adres, so why should i have 2 account. Very disappointed in this casino.

Hey man, 

In this case i would contact live support.. this happens sometimes. If u can show them your transanction id they will manually credit it to your account! 

 
Hey Barzes, i did all that but it didnt help. Send the bank statement with proof, and live chat confirmed that my deposit was bounced. Its just that the department says they cant find the transaction.
