Tried a few different places over the last 6 months or so and latest is Slotboss. All seemed very well, playing on a 50% bonus, £100+£50. Playing Pick n Mix on £15 mega spins and bust the balance down to £7. so can't spin anymore. Redeposit £200 to chase the feature which hits and puts me to £340 over all. Check my account and it is all bonus money! Not the end of the world as I planned to stay and play but very wrong! Still, not a massive wager (3k) that was completed and withdrawn.

Spend any bonus funds on there, and I guess Pink Casino, as they looks identical.

 
Well you still had bonus balance when you redeposited and they probably have bonus balance tied to real money balance, hence the wagering. I wouldn't consider this a complaint or anything bad for the casino. And as always, read T&C (also u did 15GBP mega spins on bonus balance? Max bet restriction none?)  :)  

 
They counted still. Maybe they are treated at 5x£3 spins, who knows. I thought it was odd as I have been in the exact same situation on a few other sites. Just thought it was pretty bad having £300 real money tied up to a £50 bonus with £3k of wagering.

But yes, next time i'll spin it all away before a redeposit. 

 
I tried a SUB at slotboss and cashed out and that included some 'big bet' types games.  I don't know if they missed it or just allowed it.

But regarding the OPs original complaint.  Always zero down a balance if you've taken any sort of bonus.....even if you have to email customer services to do so in the event you cannot find a zero balancing game (some casinos have none).
