Hey there everyone,
Just a quick question regarding self exclusions and cool offs. I've seen many instances in which people have claimed deposited money back through the same website or through sister casinos when self excluded.
However, my question is based on cooling off periods. If you've opened say a second account on the same site or on a sister site, do you have any right in appealing for your lost deposits back?
