Scatters Withdrawal

Hi guys, I have been playing at Scatter's casino for a while now and I like them. But now I have requested a withdrawal of 4500 euros and it has been almost 10 days and I have not received my money. My account is verified but now they have requested Source of Weallth documents although I have not made deposits of more than 200 euros. I have sent the documents as well. Have contacted customer support but they say they have a lot to do right now with payments. Is there anyone out there who has had similar problems ? What should I do, any tips? Thank you
