Rizk money not transferred

So, I have made about 30 withdrawls from rizk in a month, usually takes a maximum of 5h until I have the money on my account, 1 transfer of 300+ €, has been sitting for over a week now. And seems they have no interest in examining the case.. Starting to get a bit pissed. Anyone else with this problem? 

 
What do you mean that they have no interest in examining the case? I made a Rizk withdrawal once (only once haha) and it took well over 20 hours. A week however is a bit long - did you check if anything needs to be verified on your account?

What country are you from? What method did you use for withdrawal?

 
Account is verified in all ways, some technical issue with their transfer, used trustly. From Finland. 

 
Ah ok that explains it then - Trustly is very unstable at the moment and I have been waiting myself over 5 days for a withdrawal to get there (happened 1-2 weeks ago), even though i made a withdraw day after that got on my account instantly on my bank, this is from another site though, but still Trustly - i think that is why. 

My mate had the same thing happened to him a few days ago i think he told me, he made 3 withdrawals at the same day, only got 2 of them even though they were "Approved" on his profile - this was not on Rizk either but a Trustly withdrawal
