Hi,

I was lucky to win a big amount on rizk casino and since that I am trying to withdraw the amount without success. I am a lawyer in Canada and I earn enough money to have the chance to not be waiting for this money. I can’t believe that they are using the strategy to make people wait so long and loose the money! Hopefully, I know my limits and when to stop. Everything is clear and clean in my account and it was raw money and it’s been more than a week that they are taking time to analyse a simple bank statement one page document..this is outrageous! I hope that it will change in 2021! Does anyone had the same problem on this casino? It’s bad because I really like the promo and their plateform overall.

I’ve been playing slots for more then 20 years. This is normal practice for the casinos unfortunately. It’s a very profitable strategy for them. Million and million are squandered every year. Players will reverse money after being frustrated. A good solid strategy for them is replying to players emails, only once a week. Rejecting perfectly good documents. Finding minor breaches of T&C. Claiming to have sent money to players bank account, with zero intention of sending it. Technical difficulties processing payments. You just have to hang in and stay patient.

 
Is there good casinos that don’t act this way? I can’t believe a casino with a good reputation can’t be profitable? I would be glad to find a casino who act the good way

 
For this reason i play at pay’nplay casino’s.

My withdrawls are within 8 minutes on my bankaccount.....

The pending stategy and uploading documents bullcrap i try to avoid.

But to be honest i never really encounterd much hassle from casino’s i have played at, maybe due to beeing located in the Netherlands?

My experience on RIZK is totally different mate .I play from Ireland btw I click withdraw and the money is usually in my bank in 20 secs. My biggest withdrawal on RIZK is €9.5 k  and that landed in 20 secs too , I was surprised.

try unibet, williamhill, pokerstars. they are very trustworthy and will never play with your document verification, hoping you lose all your profit

Unibet is excellent. My withdrawals always get approved within a couple of minutes. I'm always withdrawing to my debit card so it always takes 1-3 working days for the money to arrive - it usually arrives to my bank account on the second day. 

There are probably faster methods there but I'm quite happy with the current method so haven't investigated.

What about RIZK in UK ?Playing from Ireland ,  I always use my debit card too,  no e wallets but still get the money to my bank in less 30 secs which always amaze me , leo is the second best , takes around five minutes for the money to appear in bank .
