After it taking nearly a month for verification I took the £50 welcome bonus, little did I realise there is a maximum of £5 a spin, even with the cash half of the £100 starting balance. After troubleshooting and getting many bets rejected (missing one of my double ball jackpot numbers on a roullete spin) at cost and going back and fourth with support - who just kept telling me to clear my cache I realised it and was told by support oh yeah that's in the terms if you look for it.

Not clear enough, a complete scam.

Won't be going back to this tinpot casino.

Rizk is not a tinpot casino.  I have had no problems at all with rizk.  excellent support and no problems withdrawing funds or deposits.    Bonus T&Cs can sometimes suck especially if you win several thousands. the only time  the Min bet kicks in is when you have no bonus balance.  The T&Cs are perfectly clear.  you can not blame Rizk for  not making it clear.  see screenshot.  when you click the link you are taken to the bonus T&Cs page   https://rizk.com/gb/casino/promotion/win-big-with-rizk/2879   
clearly states The bonus and respective winnings must be wagered 40x before the funds can be withdrawn or played on other products  You can place a maximum bonus bet of £5 per spin when you have the bonus active
moral of story always read the terms and conditions. if you dont understand them ask support.

Agreed.... my bonus had technical issues. I couldn't place any live bets on Monopoly with my hundred dollars. And when I played Slots it kept saying I had a $0.30. The worst part about the whole experience was their customer support wish I had to attempt six times. I informed every single Agent of the situation no one could fix it they told me to clear my cache  I did then I just bought a brand new tablet playing on it, same problems..9 hour ordeal I just withdrew me $100 back. The worst site I've ever tried.

I've never come across a £5 max bet bonus on other casinos especially not one that applied to the whole of the £100 I had in there not just the bonus money. It's not clear enough, even the support didn't make clear there was a £5 max bet when I was working through the problem. It's a total scam bonus. I will avoid bonuses in general in the future.

I believe £5 max. bet with bonus funds is quite common; it's also clearly stated on Rizk's promotional banner. This isn't a hidden T&C like many others.
