Hi guys and girls,
Let me start by saying I'm new on here so apologies if anything is wrong, but heres the story:
Couple months ago I signed up to rizk by using @Nick link on his website. All was good and deposited unfortunately lost. Then a couple days ago I decided to make another deposit of £100 and got one withdrawl of £1100 from an insane book of dead hit, then a second withdrawl of £1500 from a good few hits mainly gonzo quest.
Anyway, I withdraw and the next day I'm asked to provide KYC documents which was expected and submitted them. This morning I recieved an email saying my documents are approved and my account I'd verified... less than an hour later and my account is blocked?
I have contacted live chat and they said they cant see why its blocked and that the issue had been "escalated to the relevant team" (we've all heard that before!) And when asked about my withdrawl I was told it was still pending..
If there is anyone who can get me in touch with a rizk representative or shed any light on what the issue may be it would be greatly appreciated! The money was deposited without a bonus, no terms broken in any sense yet my account is blocked and I'm left wondering what's happening??
