Could you help me with withdrawing funds from Dragonslots casino?
I've registered through CG last week, and had some lucky winnings, that I would like to withdraw.
I've verified myself on the casino, and everything seems to be alright, but it is still not working. I've tried several way to withdraw funds:
-Revolut debit card I used for the original deposit, it was accepted first but the payment provider could not process
-Revolut transfer: support told me I need to make a deposit to be able to use a withdraw method, so I deposited with revolut bank transfer, the withdraw is canceled after a few hours
-Crypto wallet: I tried to withdraw only, but got an email that my original winnings should come from a crypto deposit to be able to use this method.
-It only appeared as a deposit method, but support told me it will be activated after I used it for depositing, as a withdrawing method too. So I deposited some money using my skrill accunt but it didn't appear. Support told me to try incognito or a different device but it is still not visible.
