[RESOLVED] Free spins

So I signed up with Kim's affiliate a short while ago and noticed I didn't get more than the 20 free spins for sign up.

I asked support if I had used them but forgotten but was told cos I had made a withdrawal I didnt get the extra.

Is this correct? I'm up on the casino about £150 so its not a massive loss but just wanting to check.

Could you forward me your username and we'll have Leo take a look at it? The welcome offer (besides the extra 20 freespins) is all automatic and given to all players, so it sounds like there must've been some sort of error as it's not dependent on who you signed up via.
