Following some great reviews on here, I opened an account with redbet.
All was well to begin with, deposits were easy to make and the game platform was easy to navigate and games such as bonanza which arent available on Casumo (my favored site).
I was lucky enough to win £1200 from a 60p stake on bonanza which was brilliant, I dont take bonuses so no wagering commitments so should have been a straight forward withdrawal.
Redbet have asked to verify my account which again is no issue and all of the documents have been provided; this is where the issues have started.
Has anyone experienced delays of a week or so when accounts are being verified? When I have chatted to their "support team" they have only been able to tell me that their teams are all behind on their work and as such there is significant delays in both withdrawing and verifying accounts.
Im wondering if I have been of the unfortunate few who have been caught up in these delays or is anyone else finding their withdrawals delayed because they check everything manually?
Any help would be great. I am quite worried fhat Redbet arent going to pay out and £1,200 is alot to lose when won fair and square
