Redbet new list of excluded games when playing with bonus

Redbet (and it’s sister sites) has a new list of games that is excluded while playing on bonus money. I discovered this the other day playing Extra Chili and it stopped working when I got into bonus money.

The bonus terms now reads like this:
“Certain games are excluded from bonus wagering. These games can not be played when using bonus money.”

Since Extra Chilli never has been on the excluded list before I asked support where I could find the updated list. I was surprised when I got this answer:
“-We don’t have such a list since it changes all the time. But you get the same error message when trying to play an excluded game, then just change game”.

So from now on you can’t know which games you can play on Redbet in advance when depositing money against a bonus. This is beyond stupid and not acceptable.

i cannot play on that casino in denmark, but if i could i would not do it after reading this. Sounds like a bad joke, how hard can it be to update a list with excluded slot games

This is really unfortunate. I, like you, feel it has to be stated pre-play which games are not available for bonus money play. Have never had any issues playing on Redbet, but this change and some other changes to bonus wagering and size of welcome bonus, makes it way less attractive to play here. Since I enjoy playing at Redbet, in my last email to them I asked support to escalate this to someone that is in control of this list of excluded games, so that my feedback would reach someone that could do something about it.

Today I got a reply from someone I assume is higher up in Redbet’s hierarchy.

He replied with the same list of games that they always have had, which I have no problem with.

Excluded games:
Poker, Progressive Jackpots,  Mega Joker, Jackpot 6000, Champion of the Track, The Wish Master, Devil's Delight, Super Monopoly Money, Blood Suckers, 1429 Uncharted Seas, Dead or Alive, Kings of Chicago och Castle Builder.

I replied with the questions why support is telling me that Extra Chili is on the excluded list, and why they tell me that they haven’t got a list when it seems to be the same list that they always have had?

I got a “clarification” on why Extra Chili is blocked from playing with bonus money. Now they claim that they classify it under the progressive jackpot category.

My interpretation of this is that since you can buy the bonus in the game and that’s not allowed with bonus money, they block it entirely when you are on a bonus. If I’m right all games were you can buy a bonus will be excluded.
