Pokerstars Casino - Monopoly Live bet rejected

Hi, I was playing Monopoly Live on Pokerstars Casino and my bet got rejected for $4 on 10, $4 on 2 roll, $4 on 4 roll.

Result was a Chance (5X multiplier) then a 10, would have given me a $200 win.

I have a screenshot but what can I do? Pokerstars have the worst customer support.
