Pokerstars Casino, easily the worst customer support!

I have to share this story to warn people how awful the customer support at Pokerstars is. It is easily the worst in the industry. 

34 days ago I noticed all of my "Lil Devil" hearts had been deleted, I was only one or two hearts away from the super feature so you could imagine my frustration and disappointment. I did do a quick google search and found that this has happened to people before and it was rectified in a timely manner. 

However, Pokerstars is a completely different beast, in the 34 days I received only one email asking me to play 1 spin on "Lil Devil" so they can transfer the progress, which obviously they have not done! 

One email in 34 days is pretty pathetic, they have offered no explanation or time frame of when the matter will be resolved. 

They offer a live support option which has been useless, they have said they have no news and ask me to be patient. 

I find it quite amusing just how bad their customer support is but I also then remember I have spend hundreds building up the hearts so the jokes on me really!

I have sent many emails which has elicited no response. 

They just don't really care!

Has anyone else had their hearts deleted? and how long did it take to get them back?

 
Their customer support is basically non-existent at this point. Also, they use template e-mails and screw it up by copy-pasteing wrong things. Useless bunch.

Interesting you should say that, my lil devil game has just gone off my sky Vegas account and like the OP stated I spent a lot of money getting near the top of a 20p 50p and £2 grind. Depending on my funds for the time depended on which grind I added to.

At times you'll find they can take up to a week but just always check in with live support on your query and they'll more than likely make it an important matter.

 
until 2014 it was one of the best customer support, after it was sold to Amaya Gaming Group, not only the support but also the rewards program, everything turned into shit

 
I don't know about the hearts. The only thing I'm sure is this. Made the mistake to deposit without having my account verified first. Won 200euros. Verification took 22 days. Withdrawal was never made. Account doesn't exist anymore 😂

 
I have no problems with Pokerstars withdrawals but I never win anything on their casino,its easily my unluckiest casino. They are great giving me sports bets and I do win quite a lot from them but the casino eats my deposits and balances like a hungry crocodile.
