Hi, been gambling over 10 years online, this is by far the longest time ive had to wait for a withdrawal (4days). It’s 2021 and most sites now don’t take no longer than 24 hours to process withdrawals (some process in less than an hour). Playgrand has given me the run around, and repeatedly tell me it’s under review for the past 72 hours. I have had some crap in the past but I never had made a complaint on forums but this has really annoyed me. They claim it’s for the safety of players they have to do the checks, if it’s for the safety of players then do the checks before a deposit? Because to be honest I feel quit safe and in no danger of anything winning money & making a withdrawal??? Just another excuse. The UKGC needs to come down on these company’s that like to stall & Do all these checks only when you win! I’m not writing this for any help from CG cause I know they are affiliated with them so won’t exactly side with players, same with opening cases with askgamblers who are also affiliated with sites so mostly like to side with casino. It’s just a warning for people to don’t use the site! Yes they have lots of good games, but you’ll be waiting forever for withdrawal. Their T&C is that a withdrawal will stay pending for 48 hours, this is defiantly still a long time but mine is now 4 days and no updates.
