Hello all,

I'm opening this thread because I'm at a high balance with an unverified account and I've googled abit and see alot of comments with negative input on how this casino stalls payouts, verification etc. But they are not many, and often the negative criticism is heard more then the positive ones.

So I wonder if anyone here is playing on PlatinCasino and what their expereince is, with verification, payouts and support. 

I'm so nervous my 40k balance will be stalled... Need them moneys! :D  

 
I had do send in docs and be verified and SOW for £120... and that took the piss, best of luck. was it UK site or EU

Just outa curiosity, the proof of wealth check, if uve no money and just have a small gamble now and again do they just stop your winning or something? Never really understood it, dosnt effect me as I'm on the five year break lol

I just doubled my balance to 67 000 euro... Holy fuck dudes :|  If this casino wont pay out this... I'm going to court XD

Huge congratulations with the recent increase of your balance. But please do yourself a favour and stop playing anymore with this balance, i am just worried if you should loose it All. I have not played on this site myself, but from what i can read about this site and also that it has a MGA license. I think you Will get your money, but expect a longer period of time before it gets crashed out.

Yeah, I wont touch it until im verified and can start withdrawing. MGA licensed casinos is trustworthy, been reading their TC and I have not broken any rules.. Thanks for your input :D

 
Just got my documents approved and my account is now verified. I've made 13 withdrawals of 5k euro each. Hopefully they go through without a problem. :- D 

 
Update; They're cancelling my withdrawals... Perhaps because it says max 10k/week withdrawals. Maybe they can change that. Hopefully... We'll see. :|
