Can anyone help me? I made a deposit of 200e and withdrawt 1000e. I send document in to proof my account. Those document have worked on every casino (leovegas,rizk,guts,highroller) and the documents worked on even voodoodreams. But some reason nyspins says theyr not enough .  Are there any representative in her how could look in to this?

Has one of your utility bills or bank statements become over three months old as thats the maximum they allow on those types of things?

 
The approved my driven lisence and utility bills. But for some reason not payment method. They sey its not good enough, even thou i have sent that same picture on othet casinos(leovegas, rizk, calzone) and approved.
