NYspins rip off

Hello yall,

I deposited 500SEK on NYspins and took my Second deposit bonus of 100%.

Somewhere in the middle of wagering, i would raise the bet from 37.5 to 50. I accidentally raised the coinvalue instead of level, so bet was 75SEK. And i started 10 autospins, i saw it immediately but it took 2 spinns before i turned the autospins off. 

Now, after clearing the wager doing really good i withdrew 15.000SEK and saved 6000SEK balance to keep on playing. Those 6000SEK got to 19.000SEK+ and i felt it was time to go to bed, feeling really happy and satisfied. (best day ever!)

The day after i got an email saying that i have cheated, basically, and they removed my balance of 19.000SEK and the 15.000SEK withdrawal. In total, 34.000SEK. Just because of a misstake i made doing the wager.

What should i do now? I feel so scammed..... I mean, if the check the history, they will clearly see that it was 2 spins ONLY. AND i didnt win anything on those 2 spinns!! I wrote them a mail about it, but they say "rules are rules" and wishing me a nice weekend. I nearly exploded!!! 

I have been laying slots for 15 years and i have never ever been treated this way!

Again, what should i do? I want my fcking money, and it is A LOT OF MONEY!!! At least for me...

Always...always go direct to live chat Support and tell them what happened stop playing until its sorted out and Screenshot the chat or email so you got proof if they tell you to Continue playing. Sadly you broke thier terms not much you can do only hope for the casinos good will.sorry mate

Any decent casino would gladly pass this through and give you your winnings. If they can't handle 2 bets over max bet then for sure they don't deserve any praise. It can happen to anyone, it also happened to me, betting €40 accidentaly - went to support and they said it's okay and I got my withdrawals (on another casino).

Very unlucky ,  first thing i would do is screenshot everything you can ,  as they seem unwilling to pay you can again contact them and explain only 2 spins by mistake (which did not affect balance and IT WAS NOT YOUR NORMAL BETTING AMOUNT AS IT WAS A CLEAR MISTAKE MAKE SURE TO SEND THEM SCREENSHOTS ALSO )    If this fails you can take the matter up with the MGA (malta gaming authority ) this companies regulator / license issuer  (or tell NY SPINS your intentions ) 

But be warned MGA are very very slow to respond you must keep at them  ,,,,, we (around 120 poker players ) lost a combined amount of 1.9 million euro when a poker site went bust 5 years ago this was also under MGA jurisdiction ,,, 5 years on the case is in its final stages in court but its been one hell of a fight ,  i had to go to European court of justice to   urge them to help  as regulator was not being helpful , it looks like we will get paid in the end  ,, good luck
