No limit gaming bonus buy issue

Hi guys, 

I’m i played over your website at ninlay casino. I did quite a few deposits and ended up losing like 2k, this is not an issue as it was money i was able to lose. 
 

anyways I was lucky and bought a hoarders bonus on 20 cents and won 1700€ now the issue starts. I decided to play to 1500€ and directly changed the bet after that win to 4€ to do 4€ spins. The bonus buy function did however not get deactivated and also there was no message as are you sure you want to buy a 1200€ bonus, no instead it directly spinned in the 1200€ bonus which resulted into a 1k loss. 
 

I am so angry with this issue and i contacted the support to explain to them what happened. They did not care and my so called personal manager completely ignored me even though I politely stated that this is not how it should be and clearly is an issue. Instead I got the silent treatment and the guy only said sorry cannot help you, be careful next time. 
 

it this something you can please pick up with the no limit provider. As this clearly seems to be an issue in their bonus buy interface. I do not believe that it is meant to be like this at all and it should deactivate the feature buy or at least ask you if you are sure you want to buy an x amount bonus. 
 

Am so angry and disappointed finally had a massive ding ding and get fudged by the interface…

You didn't get the prompt of "are you sure" because you might have clicked "Do not show again" tickbox when buying features.
Changing the betsize on the bottom left automatically disables selected feature buy.
The only way the above could have happened is that you had warning disabled and changed the bet next to the feature bets.

I just tried it myself and everything is working as intended. I think what happened is what I describerd above. Not really much either casino or provider can do; and if it was an actual issue I'm sure many more voices would be heard.

no mate I wish I would have gotten the warning i surely would not have accepted it. i have been playing casino’s and no limit slots for years now. 
 

i did the following: i selected the bonus feature on 20 cents, i bought the random bonus feature. Then a message did indeed pop up if I was sure to buy it. 
 

I won the 1700€ switched bet to 4€ on the coin icon in the bottom (not over the bonus feature bet) and clicked spin. No message nothing it automatically bought the feature instead of a normal spin. 

Again this was on the new hoarders xways slot on Ninlay casino. Maybe it is only bugged on that slot on that particular site or whatever. i do not know, but I am 100% sure I did not accept anything and I changed the bet over the coin icon on the bottom left. This did not deactivate the bonus nor did it give a warning. It directly bought the bonus when clicking on the spin button. 

Been watching kim and you guys almost since he started streaming lol. I am not a noob in buying bonusses…

i have tried on multiple casino‘s with different nolimit games all resulting into the same issue.

Moin. Du scheinst aus Deutschland zu kommen, deswegen kann ich es dir so besser erklären. So lange das Feature ausgewählt ist und du oben nicht auf X gedrückt hast, bleibt das Feature auch bestehen, auch wenn du den Einsatzbetrag geändert hast. 

Ist ärgerlich, dass dir das passiert ist aber du kannst links klar sehen wie hoch der Einsatz ist.

Moin Genau dad ist ja gerade das was bemängelt wird. Mir ist der Verlust mittlerweile ja egal. Es geht sich nur darum das hier NoLimit vielleicht mal auf die Finger getappt wird damit mann dies ändert im Interface. Weil eine Änderung des Einsatzes über die Münzfunktion sollte eigentlich darin resultieren das die Funktion neu ausgewählt werden muss. 

Wenn mann nachts auf dem Handy spielt und mann weiß dass nicht dann ist ein Fehler was mir passiert ist leider so gemacht da mann den Einsatz auf dem Handy nicht direct deutlich sieht.
