Hi Guys , on 15.05.2020 i deposited about 5000 Ron , about 1 am on 16.05.2020 i cash out 7900 Ron and left 100 in the account .
at that time i activate a 100 Ron Loss Limit Daily at 01:22 on 16.05.2020 started playing 12 hours later lost that 100 canceled withdraw and they let me lose 2500 Ron till i got stopped , there awnser is that the limit is calculated retroactive meaning that they calculate the winnings before i had any limits set , theres no mention of that in the terms but they do mention that the limit starts when is first set up they also mention is starts from 0 when it resets , so starting a lose limit should be from 0 not counting what happened before , i did ask 20 sites and they all sayed what happen before the limit set up does not count .
i had this issue with them few years back and they have refunded me 1100 £ when i lived in Uk , at that time they did not state retroactive but they stated only deposits counts for loses

now i live in Romania and not even askgamblers accepts my complaint , discrimination ..,.... , this case is stronger as i did deposit my own money and back then i made the money from freespins , and the amount is lower ...
