Mr green won’t let me withdraw

Hi I have been a member of mr green casino for a few year and deposited many times nothing big few twenty pounds and ten pounds but all together about £400 over a few year. Then I won £500 and tried to with draw they asked via email to send them ID and a photo of me holding it and a photo of front of my card I used to deposit. Which I did then just because I had old debit cards on my account that expired which got replaced with a new one which I used to deposit they want a letter from my bank to say that I was the owner of these cards and they want it signed from a manager. So I rang my bank and they said that they have never heard this request before. So I sent me green 6 copies of bank statements showing the usage of these old cards which goes back to 2019. They still refuse to process my withdrawal and have locked my account. I have spoken many times to mr green via live chat and they are refusing my withdraw can someone please help..
