What does Level 1-2-3 etc.etc means at Leovegas? I've heard from others who have been kotakted from leovegas where they've got bonuses because they've passed level 20. I'm on Level 33 now, but I've never been contacted by Leo! Why someone is "VIP" and receives cash money but not me? Can anyone help me with that?

Hey buddy, if you head into complaints section of this forum, you will see similar topics already discussed with official LeoVegas representative responses. They are aware of the issue and are trying to better themselves. Hope that answered your question.

Vip level doesn't mean shi* on Leovegas! Just to let people think if they play and climb the vip something will come. 

Im pretty high up but hardly get anything, sometimes a mail comes with a 50% deposit bonus but thats rare. Asked loyalty several times under the last 2 months, I deposited over 3500 euro one month and next month the same if not even more. In the past I played really high there too.

 The same answer all the time from them, *keep looking the mail I'm sure it will come something soon*. Finally on my birthday I asked again and I got 50 euro bonus! Wow so kind after all the money they got from me during my playing there.

Its a joke better to play on other sites, I even got more from OVO casino, 55 euro and there I haven't played more than like 2 times yet.
