Hey guys just a headsup with Leovegas. Won £400 june 6th and had to jump through hoops to upload identification, fair enough to prove who i am and the withdrawal was eventually processed.

Tonight i won £700 after depositing £400 (Still losing overall on this site although i guess that is irrelevant)

My driving licence expired overnight and now they are refusing to process my withdrawal, Spoke to support (Rory) Who seemed quite smug and smarmy about this and not very helpful or emphatic (Basically a cunt)

Thought id give you the heads up and luckily i wont miss £700 all that much.

Best of luck everyone

You lost all credibility in my opinion by using that nasty c-word. Absolutely no reason for that.

Suggest you contact them again and try with another customer service agent and if they're not helpful ask for a supervisor. If you signed up through an affiliate link, contact the affiliate for assistance as they sometimes have better contacts within Leovegas.

Thank you for the reply :) I am not here looking for credibility luckily, and for me using that word out of frustration makes me lose credibility then how you credit someone or discredit someone is very strange.

I am friendly with a few of the slot players around casinogrounds and they will probably chime in with how reasonable of a person i am.

Unfortunately i did not sign up with an affiliate i am sure.

Take a step in my shoes, feel my frustration and understand why i used the word which i happened to put in brackets a mod can censor it if deemed unfit.

Slotoplayer lost all my credibility by focus on a word and not the real problem that is leovegas.  :56f5d5a544d1f_undecided(2):

Hi Jayleepoker,

I'm sorry to hear about your experience.

If you can send me your email used on LeoVegas I will have a look at this.

Tobias

i dont get it ...its leo vegas fault that you drivers license expired or any document for that matters used for validation? just asking...of course if document expires youll have to renew them and therefore the withdrawal will be paused. leo is legit and has fucking awesome customer support so you probably got unlucky and i hope you used the tumbs down when you closed the chat  with a report . all things will be solved and youll get your money

Leovegas Tobias has been in contact with me via private message and has been somewhat helpful explaining the situation.

Alot more helpful than the advisor i got put through to on their website.

thought i would post an update and its apparently due to some UK legislation that you have to have a an ID that has not expired to withdraw which seems somewhat bizarre.

Rather annoying when an ID card expires overnight therfore disabling the option to Withdraw but hey ho, will just write it off most likely or sort it out when i have the time.

I get frustration at customer service agents because they are very hit and miss at any casino. But to call him a "See you next Tuesday" is totally uncalled for.

Glad to see that the rep is on the case though.

That's not a pretty thing to say to fellow members, especially if they only state their opinion. Consider it a warning.

This thread should be closed,  the problem here has been solved by tobias/leovegas.

And the rest of the comments below are totaly useless..

Well in "real life" if you called somebody that, you would get decked. Well in the old days perhaps, nowadays you get shanked most probably.

Glad to see that the OP got it finally sorted.

A difference in opinion should not be warned in my opinion, i strongly agree with what he is saying, the word i used in a gambling community is not unheard of and for him to be offended by this in a community of degenerates (me being one also) is pretty pathetic.

I think his response was very light hearted also is this a nursery or a gambling forum ? :)

Best of luck everyone at the tables and thank you to the people who have been supportive on this matter also, helps alot when frustrated to see some understanding and emphatic community members on this forum, i will return the favor when trawling the forum in future :)
