KYC for swedish players

Hi,

Anyone knows if I need to do any verification for my identity if i used BankID when i created my account at Casumo?

I made the account a few days ago, deposited with trustly. I made some small withdrawals (between 3000-7000 sek) and in a few seconds i had the money in my bank account. Today i deposited again and i hit a really big win on reactoonz and made a cashout request of 40000sek, but now it is pending. I was thinking the withdrawals are instant for players residing in Sweden but i guess it is not. Should i expect some documents requested from the casino?

Any swedish players in these forums that had to provide documents for swedish licenced casinos?

I locked my withdrawal, this at least is a good thing to have this option.

I'm super sorry for the late reply.

Withdrawals can take up to 72 hours at the most for us to process, but we try to handle the withdrawals within 8 hours. After that it depends, on what payment method you used, how long the money takes to arrive to your bank. 

If any documents is requested, you will get a notification in your account. And we do sometimes request documents from Swedish players using bankID, as the bankID is just a small insurance of identity. We cannot rely only on bankID, even though it's a strong verification.
The bankID is also not verifying any payment methods or addresses.  And we therefore need more identification in some cases.
