Hey !
10 days ago, i asked for my first withdrawal on justspin. They asked some documents to verify my identity which is normal. I gave my driver's licence, Passport, bank account and credit card photos. The support replied me all week long saying that the DOB shown on my documents is not the same DOB that i used while registering to justspin. I told them that it is probably because Québec, Canada driver's licenses are different than european ones.... and then i send a photo of my passport to proove my DOB. I maybe made a mistake while registering on the site, but i can't see the information on my account informations...
They put back the money i withdraw on my account and my documents are still "under veriifcation" after 10 days...
Is there anything i can do ? thanks...
