Just spin dont care about spam

I did deliver the info to just spin.. They told me they cant stop the affiliate

Biggest bullshit lie ever. Surely they can stop it. If they close the affiliate account asap the affiliate no longer has any purpose of spamming you. But money talk - as always.

Keep bothering them every time one of their affiliate bother you.

If they say you need to contact the 3rd party affiliate, you must ask them to provide you with contact information, since they probably sending from unknow address. They wont do this because they need to protect their affiliate information. So, you need them to ask their affilite with proof of: when, where, and how you agreed to recieve their offers.

I also see that Customer Support misinformed you, saying that you need to contact the 3rd party company yourself. This has been brought up with the customer support management to make sure they inform correctly.

As @pausefisk is mentioning, we are we are always able to stop affiliates that are spamming or not following what is agreed.

Hereby I confirm that we have stopped the affiliate in question.

Don't trust them to much, they promised me the same and did nothing. Justspin/21 is only about the money. Avoid this casino when you can.
