Just wondering if anyone here has a bad experience with "joocasino.com"? I won alot one their site and took out around 3000 euro. After like 3 days I recived 2300 euro. But I was still missing my 700 euros. I waited like 2 weeks then i got worried so i Contacted them. After a lot of email with their site and ALOT of document sent to them they finally moved my case to the "managers and finacial team". I waited another 2 weeks and asked what is happening. They kinda had an agressive tone to me and basically just told me to fuck off and wait. I was Like ok cool ill just wait. Another 2 weeks go by and I ask for any updates. They tell me No and again pleas wait. After like 3 more email asking for updates and almost 2 months of missing my whitdraw I have kinda accepted my loss.
if ANYONE has any experience like this pleas reach out and tell me what happend in the end.
I can only give you my word that they actually owe me money, but I have a shit ton of evidence if anyone is interested.
