Hello, i just want to complain about this casino. I made a deposit, after a while i decided to make a withdrawal, but then my account got blocked.
Of course i sent them all my documents and got e-mail saying that my account is fully verified. But after a week i still cant log-in and every day i get the same respond from support.
This is the respond i get every day for a week.

Do not register to this casino, i think they are massive scam.

I got banned from these and the whole WHG group after having the audacity to win and make a hefty withdrawal after a few losses. I got my money quickly but they banned me the day after the withdrawal.

 
Has the issue been resolved now? If not, drop me a PM with your username and I'll speak to one of the managers there ?

White Hat are very quick to ban players if they win too much, especially when claiming a deposit bonus. They don;t really give the players much chance to lose their money back at the casino do they ?
