[In Review] Got scammed by casumo

I've been wit casumo for over 12+ yrs through letsgiveitaspin sign up, i never played much on there, played here and there but played alot last 6 months. I profited over 10k cad dollars since and recently they banned me without legitimate reason,  the day they locked my account,  I had 2 active live sports bets one was 50$ bet and the other was 200$ bet but I couldn't cash out because they locked my account even tho i told them I had my bets placed but they didn't care. They could have returned my money back but they didn't, sport bets always has a cash out button before the games have started, my 200 was looking good too on 5 game parlay for 2700$ , came down to last game and  my team was up before going into overtime in ncaa so I would've had a nice cash out  but couldn't do anything since my account was locked ,then my team was  also up 5 pts into overtime but end up losing, would've had another cashout there as well. This is a scam, I have all the screen shots from live support and emails.  They took my 250$ and locked my account then banned me. This casino doesn't like winners and only accept losers

Casumo doesn't ban accounts unless there's good reasoning behind it. Being a winner isn't one of them; unless you're doing something that their findings conclude is in breach of ther terms and conditions.

Live support should have given you a reason for why (if not specific, then indicative) of why your account is closed and your funds have been seized. Did they?

Please read through the terms and conditions on their website: https://www.casumo.com/en-ca/terms-and-conditions/ , specifically re. points 3.5, and whole section of "6. Closing an account". If you're convinced you're not in breach of any of these terms, send me your username and email on PM, and we'll try and help you out.

Hey thanks for getting back to me.

They said something about going into different direction, that was after I won jus over 5k cad dollars on live baccarat but my account was locked till few hours later, I'm guessing I was bad for business since I wasn't losing any money. I found out later my account was locked so I couldn't check my sport bets or cash them out even tho I emailed them I had placed 2 bets, they could have returned my money back manually from their end but they didnt. Sport bets always has cash out options before games have started , my second ticket of 200 bet was looking good after hitting 4 games and 1 game to go so I would've had a nice cash out which I usually cash out early but never had the chance to cash out due to being locked out then banned after. 

I had an email from their ambassador Lucy from casumo saying all my bets have settled successfully few days later. I replied how so? When I couldn't cash out my tickets being locked out of my account.

They are not being transparent at all about the whole ordeal. They said they will investigate then i saw another email from today. They said my cash out was like 219$ when I already hit 4 games out of 5 for placing a 200 dollar bet? That makes no sense at all. The payout was over 2700$ and I think my cash out could've been range from 500-1500 atleast for hitting 4 games out of 5 college basketball games.

Like I said I have all the emails and screenshots from them

 
How have you been with casumo through LGIAS for 12 years when LGIAS was started bit over 8 years ago? :D

I hate when casinos give bonusbans or ban altogether, they never give a clear reason...

I just received a reply from our partner telling me that they are looking into it, and will get back to me.

 
Thanks for the update. They still can't give a me an explanation on why they locked my account when I placed bets then banning me. Let me know if you need to see the emails from them?

 
We're being told that Customer Service is looking into the matter, from their end. If you are being updated on your end, via email, from them, please let me know via PM. Meanwhile, I have reached out to them via alternative channels in hopes of speeding up the response time. 

 
I've been informed by Casumo that this case has been dealt with, and a resolution is in place. This case is being marked as resolved.

How was it resolved by locking my account when i had live bets placed on ncaa basketball? Banning me and closing my account without a legitimate reason? Very unprofessional from casumo to be doing this me or anyone else that plays on their site.

The real reason is that they did this me is because I wasn't losing and profited 10-15k in a like 4 months or so. The last day of me winning 5-7k on live baccarat then they locked my account few hours later after I placed my sport bets and never gave me a reason on locking my account. 

Like I said before,  they don't like winners but take our money when we are losing with no questions asked.

 
Actually Casumo banned me too 1 year ago after I cashed out 70000 SEK (~€6700). I hade a run and cashed out several times after winnings over a 2 week period. One day I got an e-mail with something like, after reviewing your gambling activity we have decided to close your account. I never made contact with them after this but now I read this thread and it came back to my memory 😆

 
Please everyone be careful of this SCAM Site , This is what i got back after trying to withdraw funds ! They took €3,750 from my account because i got a €20 deposit bonus from €50 i put in ! They have left me in a terrible state of mind after taking my winnings and i would suggest you dont suffer like me .
