Immortal romance wild desire help.. say you get 4 wild desires reels 1234 the 5th can the 5th reel land a 2x wild immortal romance symbol and will it 2x the win?

 
No, you cannot land the standard wild during the Wild Desire feature.

The best you could get is three of a kind faces (Troy, Sarah and Michael) in the final column.

 
There are no wild symbols in the wild desire, you can however hit the 5th reel wild as well! Or like Nicola says: Get 3 premiums in the last.

Like that's ever going to happen :(
