I won 4500x on the magic cauldron but it said error and still waiting for the cash

I was playing on my phone and the game went nuts then the game crashe. I thought easier to go on my macbook and it played it again but said error. When i was done i didnt give me any money and the casino doesnt know where the money is atm. The replay dosnt work aswell so im a bit paranoid they wanna scam me.

It was ComeOn. The problem is they give no info and just say wait up to 5 workdays for an answer. I still have no idea what happen og thats the sad part

That's pretty poor customer service having to just sit and wait and wait until they can be bothered, maybe reach out to @Daskelelele as I know he plays or used to play on ComeOn all the time.

What does ny saldo mean? just I noticed it says zero across from the big win or big balance and I'm not sure what I'm reading exactly sorry lol 

PS try and contact pragmatic with your pics aswel to put your mind at ease, the wins are clearly there for all to see.

Ny saldo means new balance. Its so weird it says 0 on that and im getting pretty paranoid they will say something to get out of paying me. I took a bonus but i checked that i didnt break the terms at any point but never trust casinos. I write to pragmatic also but havent heard back. The casino said wait 4-5 work days for response and thats horrible costumer service i dont get any feedback whats going on.

Yeah very strange it says zero, hope you get your money mate that be really bad if you didn't, it shows the big win happened, hope you hear back soon, keep me posted and got fingers crossed for you buddy, hopefully just a mistake and they don't fk you over on some technicality, are you allowed to play that game with bonus funds, has your account been locked?
