Something like this happened to me at Voodoo Dreams.
I was playing with bonus money and doing a bonus hunt, just for my own fun.
I dropped balance too low (what i didn't actually know back then, that it now cancel the bonus) and start to open bonuses. I was wondering why moneys not coming to my account and i ask this from live chat and he explaine this to me, i was kind a sad, but not that i did win much money anyway. Support even ask me that do i want to open bonuses or do he just cancel them all, i told that i want to open the bonuses anyway and see what those pay >.<
Anyway.
Like a week after this happened, i had allmost 2000€ (what is kind a huge withdraw for me, because i mostly play only 0.2€ - 0.5€ bet) withdraw waiting and usually they complete withdraws in 15minutes - couple hours, but nothing was happening and i start to wonder what is going on and i ask it from chat. They told there is a lot withdraws going on, so you need to just wait.
first week past, second week past and still no moneys, and no information about anything. Suddenly they remove that "fight" ability from my account, so i asked about this from chat again, they didn't even know why that happened and tell me to contact by email, OK i did it and after several days they answer to me, that i had broke some kind of rules. I actually never did anything wrong, i read all terms like 100 times, but still i couldn't find what i did wrong, then i contact them again about this and about the withdraw. They answer me that they cancel my withdraw because i had broke some mystical rules what i couldn't find, about that "fight" option, never understood what it had to do about my withdraw anyway.
I send several times e-mail to them asking what rule did i broke, because i couldn't find it on my own, and why is my withdraw cancelled because of that.
Basicly only answer what i had about both questions was "we dont need to tell you what rule did you broke, and because of that, your withdraws are cancelled, you have accept terms and there reads that we don't need to give you explanation about anything if you broke rules"... riiiiiiight.
To get all this information took around 4-5 weeks. First week they were lying to me basicly about everything. Second week they told me that there is some problem going on, but didn't actually even tell me what is the problem and on fourth week they told me about things and then they completely stop conversation about everything.
So... Basicly if you broke rules, they have all rights to do what ever they want, and they dont even need to explaine it to you.
