i won some money on highroller normaly everything went earlier smooth since they sold the Company i have a lot of Troubles.
use Case: i have depositet via an Prepaid CreditCard Money which is not possible to top up with the Creditcard number its just possible with Iban / Sepa.
After i won some money on Highroller i wanted to deposit it. I knew that it is not possible to Withdraw to the CreditCard so i use Trustly. The Accountants of Highroller Did not accept that twice (also after sending them Proof of my Bank). Instead they forced me to use CreditCard Withdraw, and they said it worked. My Bank manager told me immidiatly that the money wont arrive and it will go to nowhere. After sending that Statement to Highroller i didnt get any respond. All i got was the Money is already sent i have to wait till wednesday that it arrives. On Justspin they were fine with my statement and send me the winnings by trustly. For now i dont no what to do or how to handle this situation. Since they are realy not Cooperative. They take ur money fast, but when you win something and want to pay out ur in trouble. Online Casinos looks more and more like a Scam for me.
Any suggestion possible helps?
