Hello guys,
40 euros money laundering
one more experience with highroller casino(casinoroom)
i made an account i deposited 100 euros and i play i lost it...
next day my gf opened an account with them ,she deposited like 3-4 hundred euro she played she won some and got the withdrawal right away.next day my gf made a deposit of 40 euros by mistake from her account while my highroller account was auto logged on the pc.she informed through live chat right away and didnt use the money to play even cause we always follow t&c and they told her to withdraw back to same account as deposited since she didnt use it to play so all good.no problem!
next day the account in my name got locked.. they asked me for KYC id adress and proof of payment .after they verified me account still locked...They told me also they need source of income to unlock my account.after i sent them one week later still nothing.they asked for it again and i resent it yesterday.
today they mailing me and asking me that the income i receive is not concurrent ?!??and doesnt takes place standard day every month.
i explain them i get paid everymonth 20-26 of the month and its on that statement every month.beside that 4k deposit through trustly and 17k withdrawals through truslty from wildz , just spin etc.
they reply again they need also my savings account cause theres not enough balance on the payments account.
2k income every month .
17k winnings from other casinos.
is that not enough to cover 100 euros deposits????the thing is that my savings account is related to my business contacts invoices etc and i cant share customers details with casinos ... but really 2k monthly income and 17 k from gambling winnings last three months are not enough???
however i gave been through KYC and source of income through many sites last months with no problems and usually source of income proof takes place after 2k deposits.not 100 euros jesus...
however i dont really care about the 40 euros pending withdrawal but i got a headache cause of nonsense and whole this while my gf deposits thousants everyday and withdraws and they didnt ask her even for the KYC..
so how can it be????
so im wondering how can this be and i decided not to play there anymore but i want you people to know what are we dealing with those small casinos....
