Help!! how Genie jackpots megaway payout count??

Guys,

i need a little help here , is the attached screenshot payout is right?

i check with server provider technician and they reply me by mail saying that the payout is right. seek counting payout formula here!!

yea. but the actual payout is on RM12 , i bet RM10 / spin.

it was suppose to me RM10 x 43.2 if we are right.

but they told me the payout is right???

 
it was not in the bonus game.

this happen during base game feature , i bet RM10 on this spin.

this is from blueprint , but the i play this game via casino website dafabet, how can we direct feedback to blue print? is that a way?

 
Must be Genie wilds from the random basegame feature.

Each of the reels of wilds just count as 1 wild, if 2 genies land on that reel the the reel is 2ways, 3 genies landing is 3 ways

you probably only have 3 x1 genie reel and an x2 genie reel which means 2 ways of 5 of a kind J and 9, so 1.2x your bet.

Payout is correct.

Even though on the replay thing you see 4 wilds on reel 4 it is just 1 big wild covering the whole reel and it just counts as 1 way.

The reason you see it as 2 wilds on reel 2, 3 wilds on reel 3, 4 wilds on reel 4 and 3 wilds on reel 5 is because the reels have, from reel 1 to 6, 2 ways, 2 ways, 3 ways, 4 ways, 3 ways and 3 ways. The genie wilds cover that up with a big 1 way wild, unless you get 2 genies hit it and then it is a 2 way wild.
