With his review about BetFair casino:

Betfair is a well-known brand in the U.K, which I first came across when looking for good online bookmakers for sports betting. However, I quickly realised they also offer a great selection of casino games plus many other products such as poker, bingo, exchange betting, plus much more. I did once have an issue with my KYC documents and it was proving difficult to explain my situation on Live Chat. However, they had a U.K based customer service phone number and the problem was quickly resolved over the phone. I think having someone you can call and talk to is always a fantastic addition to any casinos customer service. I'd definitely recommend Betfair, especially to people looking for one online brand for all their betting needs such as sports betting and I feel they really excel in their multi-product offerings.

Thank you all again for participating and keep the reviews coming - who knows, maybe there will be some more prizes soon!   Winners will be contacted soon!
